Wake Forest, N.C., May 17, 2014– If you were in the Wake Forest, NC area and drove down the palatial streets of La Ventana subdivision, you probably heard the waft of music and laughter coming from the home of the Holts.  Author Suzette Hinton captivated attendees who gathered for a special luncheon hosted by Gina Holt.  With a keyboard and a microphone, Hinton put her unique spin on classics like "God Bless the Child" and "What the World Needs Now," while ladies from all walks of life sang along.  What an introduction to her unique sound!

Sound being her theme, Hinton talked about her book, The Sound of My Life, her story about losing the sound of her own voice and the journey to finding it again. Her message resonated deeply with those in attendance.  From the oldest to the youngest, woman passionate about family, community and professional

There was nothing small about Hinton's sound, whom attendees compared to the likes of Minnie Ripperton and Anita Baker.  At the close of the luncheon, this Ambassador for Sound gave a rousing performance of "To God Be The Glory," receiving a standing ovation.
